I am also a trained Doula, Healthy Breast Educator, and a passionate advocate of enjoying what you got.
I am your best friend when it comes to your health
I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2003 and am a member of the BCNA, CAND and licensed under the College of Naturopathic Practitioners of British Columbia.
It was quite the experience, I went in thinking my life was going to be pared down to tofu and chickpeas. But I came out with such a huge tool box of knowledge and ways to problem solve, that I thought my brain would explode. Now I get to share all this knowledge with my patients - but there is no brain exploding involved.
I am an uprooted Alberta girl via Toronto. I now live and work in Vancouver, and can’t believe I didn’t come here sooner. I love the beach, and am a mom to great kid who keeps me motivated to have fun and eat well.
Healthy can be fun
My practice is education-based. I host workshops on topics such as Stress & Wellness, Food & Mood, Detox & Cleansing and (my favorite) “The DIY Series” – we cover everything from plant medicine to making your own cleaning products.
I also do small group visits. Bring a few friends together to learn what you can do to support your health. You are your own best health authority on your health, and we work together to help you understand what your body needs.
I am a big fan of herbal teas and like to make a special blend for all new clients.
I think food is an important aspect of our health, so whole foods and helping you learn the best diet for you is a central part of how I work. I also use acupuncture, breath work, cleansing, detox, herbs, massage and lifestyle counselling to support you. Release unnecessary stress and tension from your life.
Come in, sit down and let’s have some tea. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to all new patients. We can talk about what you are looking for, and how I will put together a practical plan to optimize your health and happiness.
